OMSJ welcomes Ally Barns to the Oh My Soul and Journey family. Ally is a clinical hypnotherapist and will be joining at the fire house monthly for Past Life Regression Meditation.
Past life regression is a gentle healing technique that will take you on a hypnotic journey, safely into a past life time.
Once Ally has you in a meditative state your subconscious mind will explore a past life timeline, allowing you to see and feel the wisdom and understanding you gained in that lifetime.
