A new gentle yoga class in a beautiful venue in Bingley to include asanas, flowing sequences, pranayama (breathwork) meditation and guided relaxations designed to help you be more present and calm and supporting your physical, mental and spiritual health. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced alike, and the movements will be adapted to meet you where you're at. Annie has 14 years teaching experience, is a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher with trainings in breathwork, yoga dance, yin yoga, yoga nidra, dru yoga, further yoga teacher training (Mandala Yoga Ashram). Yoga is for EVERYONE!
