Are you stressed out? Stiff and Sore? Balance a bit shaky? Yoga is a GREAT way to relieve stress, regain lost flexibility and strength, and improve balance!
This yoga class is for all ages, shapes, and fitness levels, provided you can easily get up from and down to the floor. All poses are started from their basic foundation, with options to add-on for those who want more of challenge.
Adriann White has 15 years of experience creating a safe and welcoming environment for all yoga participants.
