Yoga with a Dog

Are you down with dogs? Would your child’s pose be better with a doodle kiss? Then come roll out your mat and dance with Aero. An open-ended vinyasa class where the intensity and flow is based on the vibe of the students… and determined by Aero. A class can incorporate anything from pranayama, kundalini, functional mobility, to yoga nidra, all centered around a traditional vinyasa class.
