This 60-minute FLOWGA class is what I like to call a combination of Yoga and Hoop flow together. Beginning with 25-minutes of Pranayama and Vinyasa to get us warmed up into our flow for the night. There will be different workshops each class such as Chest Rolls, Throwing Elbows, Ghosting, Isolations, or Choreography with Hula Hoops. Some days we can free flow and dance, whatever our hearts desire.
No prior hoop experience is needed for this class - it's for anyone that just wants to wiggle, giggle, and get your body moving with the groove!
