Cassidi’s teaching is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and lived experience—meeting students where they are and empowering them to connect with body, mind, and spirit. Beyond the mat, she brings her background in holistic coaching, peer support, and Reiki into her classes, offering a truly holistic approach to growth and resilience.
