Empowered Beginnings is a free, 8-week in-person program designed to uplift and support new and expecting parents—especially those with babies aged 0–1. Whether you’re a mom, dad, or caregiver, this experience is your space to grow in confidence, connect with others, and thrive during your parenting journey.

• Parenting Workshops – Practical guidance from doulas and guest experts
• Maternal & Mental Health Support – Focused on wellness and emotional balance
• Business & Financial Literacy – Learn to budget, manage time, and start a business from home
• Community Events – Connect, share, and celebrate with other families
• Onsite Childcare, Meals & Free Gifts – Journals, diapers, and more provided!

• Learn essential infant CPR and care
• Receive tools, resources, and giveaways monthly
• Celebrate with a Graduation Baby Shower at the end of the program!
