🍁Fall has officially arrived and we are continuing YOGA TOTS classes at Tahoe Park. Everyone benefits from spending time outdoors every season of the year so I’m keeping these beloved community classes for toddlers and their caregivers going. 🍂
🕉️Join us for story time, yoga movement, music and mindfulness, closing every class with a toddler approved micro mini sound bath.
🚨The weather is a little cooler so I suggest wearing layers, bringing a good picnic blanket to put under you on the likely damp grass and snacks to keep everyone comfortable.
✨I’m to make these classes accessible to the community with a Pay What You Wish model, which allows you to support the continuation of my classes and show appreciation for the offering in whatever way you’re able.✨
Classes cancelled only for active rain, lightning or severe wind.
