How Registration Works
1. Book Your Appointment
Select an appointment time when registering. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time for check-in. There are three appointment blocks throughout the day:
- 9:30AM - 11AM
- 11AM - 12:30PM
- 1:30PM - 3PM
Please note: Staff and volunteers will be on a lunch break from 12:30 PM–1:30 PM, and no appointments will be available during that time.
2. Select Item Voucher Category & Quantity
Each item you would like valuated requires one Item Voucher. Please note that your voucher is assigned to a specific time block and item category. Experts from Clars Auctions will provide verbal valuations for items across the following categories:
- Fine Art
- Furniture & Decorative Arts
- Asian Art
- Fine Jewelry & Watches
If you would like to order an additional voucher in the same category or for a different category, just add another Item Voucher.
Your Item Voucher(s) serve as admission for the item(s) you are bringing, so please be sure to order the correct quantity during registration and that all vouchers ordered are in the same time block.
What to Expect at the Event
Upon arrival, PBS KVIE staff and volunteers will check you in and direct you to the appropriate Clars specialist based on your item.
You may need to wait briefly before meeting with a specialist. Seating will be available while you wait.
Each verbal valuation typically lasts about 10 minutes per item, although timing may vary depending on the item and any questions you may have.
We encourage you to take notes during your valuation. Please note that these verbal valuations are informational only and are not intended for insurance purposes.

Admission + 1 Item Voucher: $60
If you plan to bring multiple items, please purchase one additional Item Voucher for each additional item.
