YOGA TOTS is coming to a new park on a new day of the week! Join us on Tuesday May 12th at Fremont Park in midtown from 10-11am. Come experience storytelling with us through movement and play. We may go jogging through the jungle looking for different jungle animals or take a trip to outer space in our rocket for a space picnic on Moon Mountain. We’ll practice our Toe-ga and different fun ways to use our breath. And of course we will explore our senses with a micro mini toddler approved sound bath to close out our class time together. Bring a snack or picnic lunch for after class and maybe spend a little extra time on the beloved Fremont Park playground with yoga friends before going on with the rest of your day.
This class is FREE, however donations are welcome to help us continue our fun yoga classes.
