Sound Healing Meditation

Join us for a deeply restorative sound healing session designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release tension held in the body. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to a place of balance and inner peace.

Bring with you a yoga mat, pillow/blanket if desired, journal and water. (journals also available for purchase)
