Dear Wonderful South Yoginis and Yogis teachers, Student teachers and Teaching friends welcome to join us for a gather.It will be wonderful to meet up and share some time together in meditation and then cuppa and chatter to follow?
Saturday 1 November
10am Pranayama, Meditation Circle
11am Cuppa and chat
Several folk have offered to lead some pranayama and meditation and if time a brief savasana but also what you are happy to bring and gift to group, bring reading/poem/music lines or quote, lead chant or set intention.
Too often we can feel a little isolated as teachers so thought a morning to meet up, share yoga and share our experiences, gripes and joys of teaching could be a welcome respite.
We have chosen Basingstoke as easy to reach by train and pretty central, there are also car parks around the town.
The contribution of £5 goes towards the hall hire and refreshments, any extra we can choose a charity to donate to.
The intention is to offer similar sessions across our counties, do get in touch if you would like to help get one set up, maybe in the New Year as something to look forward to?
