Restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asana (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than other styles of Yoga.

Crystal Singing Bowls produce pure, resonant tones that gently realign body and mind. As the vibrations wash over you, they help to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a meditative state where deep healing can occur. Many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and balance after a sound bath, as the frequencies support the release of tension and encourage harmony within.

Expect a peaceful, nurturing environment where there’s no pressure to perform - simply space to breathe, be still, and rest.

As you move through the class, you may find a quiet sense of ease returning to your body and mind.

How to prepare for class:

• Wear comfortable clothes suitable to move in
• Bring your favourite Pillow
• A Bottle of Water
• Extra layers like cosy socks and a warm jumper
• Yoga Matts and Blankets are provided for all participants.

Free Parking: There is on-site parking at the venue, you can park anywhere for free. You will require to register your registration, which you can do once you have arrived to class.
