This retreat blends yoga, somatic practices, cacao, sound, and a guided workshop to help you anchor from head to heart and connect with your deepest truth.
You’ll experience:
Cacao Ceremony – open your heart and connect to your 2026 soul vision.
Embodied Yoga – soft, slow movement and breath to restore balance and ease from within.
Mind-Body Alchemy Workshop – somatic practices to regulate your nervous system, find inner clarity, and step into 2026 with alignment.
Nourishing Lunch – a shared vegan meal to ground and replenish.
Sound Bath – a deeply restorative closing journey through sound and vibration.
