Yoga Teacher Training: Hatha Yoga & Anatomy (Module 2)
As part of the Flow 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, this 50-hour Hatha Yoga & Anatomy module forms part of the Flow 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and can be attended either as part of the full training pathway or as a standalone professional development training.
Module 2: Hatha Yoga & Anatomy
Build a strong foundation in movement, anatomy, alignment, and effective teaching methodology.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
• understand the key principles of Hatha Yoga and dynamic alignment
• recognise major muscular and skeletal structures relevant to yoga practice and apply anatomical knowledge to support safe movement
• teach foundational Hatha Yoga postures with confidence and offer hands-on assists appropriately and effectively
• use language, intention, and voice to enhance the student experience, including guide meaningful and restorative Shavasana experiences
• understand chakra theory and incorporate it into class themes and sequencing
