Business Continuity Workshop
About this Event
Is your business ready for the unexpected?
Most business owners know they should have a continuity plan. Far fewer actually do, and it usually takes a crisis to make that gap feel real.
The Business Continuity Planning workshop is designed to change that. Built specifically for New Zealand business owners, it’s a practical, three-hour session is designed to help businesses anticipate, adapt to, and recover more quickly from disruption.
You’ll work through the full business continuity planning cycle, from understanding what BCP is and assessing your business impacts, through preparing across every area of your operation, to responding effectively when disruption hits and keeping your plan current over time. You’ll leave with resources and templates that you can use to build and tailor a continuity plan, relevant to your operations, industry, location and specific risk scenarios.
Whether you’re thinking about business impacts from a major weather event, a global crisis, supply chain disruption, or something you haven’t considered yet, this workshop will help you get ahead of it.
