Yoga Alliance Internationally Accredited 200-Hour Teacher Training through Revolution Yoga offers a thorough, holistic, and intelligent application of the Yogic Sciences in our Modern Times.
Learn to teach Vinyasa Yoga with additional modules in Restorative, Gentle, Kids, and Prenatal all included. Graduates are well equipped to offer classes to any population. (Becoming very attractive hires to studios and gyms)
The teachings are presented the way they have been for thousands of years through the ancient lineages we share in a safe supportive setting. Dive deep into yourself through this experiential training so you may also guide others with care and wisdom.
Training covers:�THE PHYSICAL BODY: Asana, biomechanics, proper alignment and benefits, intelligent sequencing, injury prevention, and the science of flexibility and strength.�THE ENERGETIC BODY: Chakra system, the science of Ayurveda, Koshas, Mudra's chanting, and meditation, how prana or energy moves throughout the nervous system and the environment.�YOGIC PHILOSOPHY: We will cover the major ancient texts exploring how to apply these concepts to modern life. History of yoga, major teachers, contributions, and lineages.�BREATH: You will learn ancient yogic breath work, its applications, precautions, and benefits.�MEDITATION: You will be guided by our experienced instructors on the many different ways to teach meditation and create your own practice.�BUSINESS OF YOGA: Private clients, opening your own space, branding, marketing, gaining clients, etc. TEACHING YOGA: cueing, language, vocal control, confidence, effectiveness, hands-on adjustments, knowing bodies well enough to see what your students cannot.
Amanda DiGiovanna has been studying and practicing yoga for almost 3 decades. She is joined by exceptional teaching staff and has trained successful teachers from all over the world.
This training is hybrid- in-person and online. If you are unable to meet in person the whole training can be taken online and through zoom for live discussions.
