WHAT WILL YOU LEARN???
The Act and Art of Teaching Yoga, leading a room, cueing students in a body-diverse class room.
Techniques for instructing different class styles, how they differ and how to teach them; ways to lead the class so you can give adjustments or play instruments simultaneously. Start to learn playing sound bowls with your class and how to integrate music into your choreography of yoga poses.
There will be individual work and reflection on your personal teaching needs which will develop in your 1-on-1 coaching session with Steph.
