Each gathering includes an all-levels yoga flow, mindful grounding practices, music, community connection, and space to simply breathe together in nature. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, Yoga Sundays is a welcoming environment rooted in healing, accessibility, and collective care.
