Weekend Release: Yoga Sound Bath

Give yourself space to release the week behind you and reset for the days ahead. Weekend Release is a grounding Saturday morning practice that blends gentle, long-held yoga postures with live sound healing to support deep release and nervous system regulation.

We move through 4–6 floor-based shapes designed to soften the body, calm the mind, and create a sense of spaciousness. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and complementary instruments create a supportive sonic field throughout the practice. The class closes with an extended sound bath in savasana for deep rest and integration.

Each class is unique. The exact shapes, pacing, and instruments vary, while the overall focus remains release, grounding, and renewal. The sound portion typically features crystal bowls and gongs with light percussion as appropriate.

Level/Age: All levels, 18+
Props: Soft tatami mats, props, and blankets provided. Herbal tea served after class.
Doors: Open 8:30 AM, close 8:55 AM (no late entry after doors close)
