Each gathering includes an all-levels yoga flow, mindful grounding practices, music, community connection, and space to simply breathe together in nature. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, Yoga Sundays is a welcoming environment rooted in healing, accessibility, and collective care.

We believe wellness should remain accessible to our community. A limited number of community-supported tickets are available for those needing financial support.

Paid tickets directly support Woke Chicago’s mission to expand access to trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness programming for youth and communities across Chicago.
