CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in will begin promptly at 11 :45AM.

BOARDING TIME
Boarding starts at 12:45PM sharp. Once boarding is complete, the gate will close and the crew will begin preparing for departure. No late entries will be allowed.
Please arrive on time — the boat will depart without you!

CRUISE TIME
The cruise will depart at 1:30PM and return at 5PM.

• Can I bring my own food or drinks on the boat?
No. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the boat.

• What do I need to bring to board the boat?
You must bring your Eventbrite ticket (either printed or on your phone) and a valid government-issued ID. All guests must be 21 or older.

• How do I get to the boat?
Please refer to the map and detailed directions provided below.

• What areas of the boat can I access?
All ticket holders have access to all floors of the boat.

Rules, Regulations & Disclaimers:

• All guests must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued ID. IDs will be checked by security prior to boarding.
• A valid ticket with a scannable QR code is required for entry. To avoid any technical issues that may prevent your ticket from displaying on your phone, we strongly recommend printing a paper copy.
• There is no guest list at the boat — all tickets must be scanned for entry.
• Security reserves the right to inspect all bags and guests at their discretion.
• Tickets will NOT be sold at the entrance.
  Please make sure to purchase your tickets in advance.
• All ticket sales are final. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Early arrival is highly recommended to ensure you don’t miss the cruise!

In the event of adverse weather conditions—such as high winds, rough waters, or ice—the cruise may be canceled, and the event will be held dockside instead.

1. IMPORTANT: DuSable Harbor Parking Information

DuSable Harbor has introduced a new pre-paid parking system. On-site payment is no longer accepted — cash and credit cards will NOT be accepted at the gate.

To park at DuSable Harbor, you must reserve and pay for your parking in advance by clicking the link below. At the entrance, a QR code will be required for entry, and failing to have it ready will cause significant delays.

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your vehicle’s license plate number

Please note:

• Please input 111 North Lake Shore Drive into GPS for navigation to the DuSable Harbor
• If you do not pre-pay for parking, you may be denied entry if the lot is full.
• The lot has only one lane in and out. Any vehicle arriving without a pre-paid QR code will hold up traffic behind them, which can lead to major delays and impact the on-time departure of your event — guests may even risk missing the boat.

2. STRICT BOARDING POLICY

Entry onto the yacht will be strictly denied to anyone who is:

• Intoxicated by alcohol or narcotics
• In possession of alcohol, narcotics, or weapons

This includes marijuana. While it may be legal in some areas, it is strictly prohibited on the yacht. The vessel is regulated by the United States Coast Guard, and possession of marijuana or any other narcotics—regardless of quantity—is illegal on board.

Anyone found in possession is subject to arrest.

Please plan accordingly and help ensure a safe, smooth event for all.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

There is a zero tolerance policy for any form of fighting, aggression, or violent behavior before, during, or after the cruise.

Any individual(s) engaging in such behavior will be immediately detained by security and turned over to the Chicago Police Department upon return to the dock.

Additionally, those involved will be blacklisted and permanently banned from attending any future events.

Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Dropped Off

• If getting dropped off, input destination address 111 N Lakeshore Drive 60601, DuSable Harbor, or Columbia Yacht Club.

• Lower Randolph Street, east to the lakefront. Drop off at DuSable Harbor cul-du-sac

• Walk down to the lake front path and turn left/walk north along the lakefront.

• Our yachts will be straight ahead, at the end of the lakefront path where it ends at the Chicago River.

Walking

From the Loop

• If walking from the loop, take any stairway down to the Riverwalk on the south side of the Chicago River.

• Walk east toward the lake (From Michigan Ave. Bridge- 10 min walk)

• The south side of the Riverwalk ends at our boats just east of the Lake Shore Drive Bridge

From the Navy Pier

• Walk west on Illinois to Lower Lake Shore Drive, the first street on your left.

• Cross Lower Lake Shore Drive to the west side of the street and turn left.

• Once you cross over the Chicago River, look for the staircase on your right to walk down to Riverwalk

• Turn left to go through tunnel on Riverwalk

• Once you exit tunnel, you’ll see both yachts to your left on the River.

From Millennium Park

• Head east on Monroe and cross over to the east side of Lake Shore Drive.

• Turn left or walk north on the lakefront path.

• Once you pass Columbia Yacht Club, keep walking north for 4-5 mins- Path ends at Chicago River and

our Yachts.

Driving (Parking Options in The Area):

There is no available parking at DuSable Harbor. Because of this, we recommend getting dropped off, taking

public transportation, or walking. If driving, allow ample time for travel and parking prior to the event!
