Yoga Storytime is a family program aimed to meet the physical and learning needs of young children, through movement and literacy.About this Event
Yoga supports children with the development of balance, body and spatial awareness, strength and stamina, flexibility, coordination, and control. Incorporating stories supports learning, the development of language and vocabulary skills, and fosters the love of reading.
Yoga Storytime is led by our volunteer Instructor Bridget, an experienced Yoga Instructor.
If possible, please bring a towel or yoga mat for each family member participating.
Children with caregivers.
Registration is encouraged, drop-ins are welcome.
