Yoga supports children with the development of balance, body and spatial awareness, strength and stamina, flexibility, coordination, and control. Incorporating stories supports learning, the development of language and vocabulary skills, and fosters the love of reading.
Yoga Storytime is led by our volunteer Instructor Heather, a certified children's yoga teacher and mindfulness coach. If possible, please bring a towel or yoga mat for each family member participating.
