Yoga, Stay & Play

Welcome to Yoga, Stay & Play! Join us for a fun-filled morning of relaxation, movement, and play at Krazy Kids Soft Play. Start your day off with a rejuvenating 45 minute yoga session aimed at post-natal bodies and the aches and pains of being a parent. Afterward, stick around to enjoy the fantastic soft play area with your little ones.

Our 10am session is for parents with babies (pre-toddling) only; the space will be safe and with some toys to (hopefully) keep baby busy while you practice beside them! You are also very welcome to come without your child!

The 11am session is for parents with preschoolers. It will be downstairs next to the soft-play facilities so you can keep an eye on them while they play.

This weekly session is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and have a blast with your child. Don't miss out on this exciting combination of wellness and play!

1 ticket per adult (child included)

Please bring a mat, or there's the option to hire one when you book your ticket.

About me:

My name is Joy and I'm a yoga teacher and mum in Lincoln. I had my daughter just before the first lockdown when there were no opportunities to join groups and build a community of parents around me. When the world opened up again I wanted a yoga class which gave me time to look after my own body and mind, without having to worry about leaving my tiny person with someone else. But I couldn't find one. So here we are....

In my opinion, being present in your yoga practice doesn't mean no distractions. So bring your beautiful distraction along, let them be with you/next to you/on you and be welcomed by the rest of us who have been/are there too.
