New class starting on Tuesdays 7:10pm-8pm in Bailgate Methodist Church rooms. Booking your space ahead of time is required.
For yogis who have been through the stages of experience on the mat and who are adept at comfortably bringing their focus inwards.
This class is not aimed at beginners; it is suitable for those who have dedicated themselves to regular practice and who are confident in their asana practice and self awareness.
The asana practice is not physically daunting for experienced yogis, but does require a level of focus, concentration and patience, if this aspect is not prominent in your current practice this would be something you would be welcome to work on within this class.
