Settle in by the warm, crackling fire at The Workshop for a gentle yoga flow led by E-RYT200 Leslie Smith, paired with an immersive sound bath guided by a certified sound healer.
This restorative experience blends the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic sounds with your yoga practice to inspire gratitude as we enter the season of Thanksgiving. Both yoga and sound healing are time-honored practices known to encourage inner balance, promote healing, and align mind and body with a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Warm herbal tea and water will be served.
Please bring your mat, a blanket, or any items that will help you stay comfortable during the 20-minute sound bath that concludes the session.
