All levels are welcome as Leslie Smith, ERYT200 Yoga Teacher and Certified Transformational Coach, leads a grounding slow-flow yoga session on the Event Lawn, located next to The Riverside Bridge.
Surrounded by the golden hues of fall, you’ll settle into movement before transitioning into stillness and meaningful connection around the fire as the sun sets.
Please bring your mat and a water bottle. Parking is available at The Workshop.
