Yoga Sound Healing in Miami

As requested we are so so so happy to announce we will be bringing Yoga Sound back in February just a perfect event for Valentine's weekend!🥰

Not our usual sound healing session, we are bringing movement with a fun yoga flow. Moving our body and energy just before settling down into our Sound Bath giving us a beautiful sense of release, alignment and peace. 

Join us for a noon of movement, connection, and deep relaxation — Let's bring our mind, body, and heart into balance! In celebration of Valentine's we will be focused on opening our beautiful hearts.

This session will be a beautiful collaboration between Steven and myself, we’re really looking forward to sharing this practice with everyone. Steven is a yoga instructor from NYC, and he’ll be in Miami to guide us through a grounding, heart-opening flow — while I weave in the live sound frequencies as you move.

Expect an uplifting yoga flow with live sound frequencies woven into every movement, followed by an extended shavasana where I would start taking everyone into a deep relaxation with a beautiful sound bath. Dropping into deep rest, integration, and renewal!🍃

We hosted this class together in November, it was pure magic and good vibes— very excited to bring it back as requested! 

It’s the perfect noon activity, come recharge together and enjoy a deep relaxation after Valentine's. Connect with some amazing people and most importantly you will connect with yourself through movement and frequencies! 🌿

🧘 Bring your yoga mat, and if you’d like — a small blanket or eye pillow for the sound bath.
