Yoga Flow + Sound Experience featuring crystal bowls, chimes, gong, crystal pyramid, ocean drum + rain stick.
Join Beth + Liat at DC's National Building Museum , featuring an all-level yoga flow led by instructor Beth Wolfe, featuring a "sound experience" by Liat Pisco, a sound practioner and owner of Yoga in Del Ray . During an extended savasana, Liat will offer a multi-sensory sound experience, featuring the gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal bowls, and crystal pyramid.
We will practice under the colossal, 75-foot-tall Corinthian columns in the Great Hall of The National Building Museum, America’s leading cultural institution devoted to interpreting the history and impact of the built environment.
