About this Event

This class is an all level (beginner, intermediate & advanced) friendly class with a focus on relaxing the mind and body through postures that will be held for twenty breaths or greater with nasal breathing. Tune into the mind and watch as all the senses come to a state of relaxation as you breathe away the tension. This class is a follow up to the Sun Salutations & Activation class as part of The Intro to Yoga Series.
