Join Sound Healer, Rob Meyer-Kukan and Yoga Instructor, Paul Barr for this heartfelt pairing of Yoga + Sound at 7 Notes Natural Health.
Paul will lead a mindful yoga practice that focuses on deep relaxation and release. Rob will support with gentle sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and more. An extended time of savasana will allow you to deeply rest into the practice while being immersed in sacred sound.

Please bring a mat and any additional supports you would like. The studio does have a supply of yoga mats and blankets available. Limited supply of bolsters and blocks are available. We do not supply straps.
Current public health safety protocols will be observed. Please use the practice of personal accountability, as far as health goes prior to the event.
Space is limited, please register early. Advanced registration and payment is required to secure your space at this event.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior, please arrive early to allow time to check-in and get settled. Doors will close promptly at the starting time of the event. Ample FREE parking is available onsite.

Paul has been a Certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and Reiki Master for over 10 years.. Paul is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and a Certified Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition.
Paul believes that mental, physical, emotional and spiritual growth is the key to a life of peace and fulfillment.
Paul strives to make health of mind, body and spirit accessible to all. Paul specifically has worked with those battling drug addiction and trauma.
