Hot Yoga With Luiz

This is Mota Thai Yoga’s most challenging class. Energizing music is complemented by the red lighting in the studio. Vinyasa flow sequences are combined with the power of martial arts. This anatomy-based class will teach you about yourself, and leave a lasting impression on both the body and mind.

This class is heated between 90-100 degrees.When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door.

If it is your first class, please come at least 10 minutes early to get checked in and situated for class.
