Begin with 60 minutes of nourishing yoga designed to connect you deeply to your body and soften your edges. This will lead into 30 minutes of transformative sound healing—a powerful therapy using healing sounds, vibration, music, and instruments to gently awaken and harmonise your body, mind, soul, and spirit. Mats and blocks will be provided; just bring yourself.
