About this Event

Start your morning with a peaceful courtyard yoga and sound bath led by @betsyogini of @neptuneworks_. This beginner-friendly experience includes 30 minutes of gentle movement followed by 30 minutes of restorative sound, surrounded by birdsong and the calm of an outdoor courtyard behind the shop.

Afterward, enjoy a private shopping experience at Jones + Co with owner Elizabeth, featuring thoughtfully curated clothing, clean beauty, and accessories for the modern woman. A beautiful morning of wellness, community, and style awaits!

Light bites + bevs included. Mats provided!

Yoga + Sound 8:30am (in courtyard behind Jones + Co.) - please buy a $25 ticket. Limited spots available.
