The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle - a time to slow down, turn inward, and plant intentions for what you'd like to cultivate in the weeks ahead. As this New Moon falls in Cancer, we're invited to reconnect with our emotional well-being, nurture our roots, and create a greater sense of peace, home, and inner security.

This immersive sound bath offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments gently wash over you. Together, they create a rich tapestry of resonant sound that encourages relaxation, restores a sense of harmony, and invites you into a deeply meditative state.

What to Bring

• Feel free to bring anything you love; pillow or extra blankets for your comfort (Don't be shy..people bring bags/bins full of extra cushion.)
• Optional: Bring a water bottle if you'd like it to be placed near the instruments throughout the sound bath, allowing it to rest within the field of sound and vibration during the journey.
• I encourage drinking plenty of water throughout the day leading up to the experience. Staying hydrated can help you feel your best during the sound bath. To remain comfortable throughout the journey, try not to drink large amounts immediately beforehand.
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you fully relax while lying down.
• Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Whether this is your first sound bath or part of your wellness practice, you're warmly welcome. No meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.

Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful, intimate experience. We encourage reserving your place early, especially while Early Bird pricing is available.
