#1 Light In Loss: Grief Retreat
June 5-8, 2025 - Mt. Mitchell, North Carolina
Finding Light after the Loss of a loved one or close friend can be a long process. Our Grief Retreat will not only allow you the space to share your experience, but also provide emotional support, validation, and education about grief. We will dive into different healing modalities like yoga and meditation, yoga nidra, crafting, and journaling so you can find healing through this process. Join Brooke O’Neal (LCMHCA) and Victoria Ladd (500ERYT) on this retreat to find healing after losing someone special.
More information, as well as Retreat Passes, will be available on our website soon.
