A day to honour the dark time of year with rest, slow yoga flows to gently stretch and calm you, followed by a wonderfully long, guided relaxation.
We'll try to start our day outside with some standing practices - we'll provide mats for outside if we need them. Then we'll head inside for practices that require a bit more floor time.
After a tea break, we'll take a wander through Cannock Chase or to the nearby stream. We'll learn a bit about this season and do some forest bathing, working up an appetite for our tasty vegetarian lunch.
Our afternoon will be all about relaxing practices and we'll end our day with a grounding deep relaxation so you feel ready to return home feeling uplifted & enthusiastic yet wonderfully relaxed.
Try to arrive between 9.30 & 9.45 so you have time to set up your little nest with cushions, blankets and your yoga mat. Help yourself to a hot drink & a bit of chat with the other attendees and we will get started at 10am. Lunch will be about 1pm and we will attempt to finish promptly at 3pm.
The day will cost £50 including hot drinks and our trademark flapjacks. All food will be vegetarian and alternative milks will be on offer. Please let us know before the day if you are vegan or have any allergies.
