Activating the lower Chakras to help us prepare for the cold months ahead: Reiki Infused restorative yoga practice.

Fall is a time of grounding and preparation. The colors of fall (red, orange, yellow) are also represented in the lower three energy centers of our body. In this workshop you will learn about the first three energy centers of the body, ways to activate the lower chakras, grounding practices to combat the scattered fall energy (Vatta season), restorative poses that can be used to nourish and ground you into your physical body, guided meditations to assist you to stay in the present moment, and breathwork that will support you through the cold winter months.

This workshop will be accompanied by sound healing instruments that resonate at the frequencies of our lower chakras. We will offer hands on reiki healing during the restorative poses. You will leave feeling restored, calm, and empowered.
