The Shoulder Reset: Dysfunction, Mobility, Pose Freedom
The shoulder joint enjoys a tremendous range of motion which makes it highly susceptible to injury - in sports, in yoga, in life. Shoulder flexibility and learned integration is critical to advance a yoga practice safely and sustainably, however hunched shoulders are the norm in our technology-driven, head-forward, collapsed chest, poor posture culture. Rehabbing from injury or aging or trying to prevent dysfuntction join Leslee for her first hand sharing of shoulder anatomy she learned when she shattered her clavicle as a professional cyclist.
