Drop in for Book Club THIS month! A Bookclub is a wonderful way to tackle some of thise philosophical texts that read on our own can just be too much! This round we will lighten it up a litlle with a novel based on how the Yoga Sutras travelled from India to Tibet. The story will pull you in and keep you interested as the author weaves the sutras and what living Yoga is all about through a simple engaging tale. This bookclub we will have an in person and zoom option so that you can join in whether you are travelling or not able to join us on your cushion at the studio that night! Come and join the lively, thoughtful and always illuminating conversation at Body Balance Bookclub!
Participation is included with membership. Class Package holders may use a pass, or drop in for $25.
