John Thelin formerly served as Chancellor Professor and Director of the Higher Education Doctoral Program at William & Mary. He will discuss his latest book, co-written with Eric Moyen, College Sports: A History, which traces the evolution of American intercollegiate athletics from its origins to the modern era.
This event will be held in the MacKenzie Theatre on the ground floor of Swem Library.
