About this Event
Peaceful Warrior Flow Class consists of extended stretches while connecting breath to the sequential movements that help relieve stress and improve balance, flexibility, core strength.
This course is taught by Nzingha Gaines
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- an environment free of judgement
- an explanation for all that we do
- breath work
- extended stretching
- guided meditation
WHAT TO BRING:
- yoga mat
- water
- towel (if desired)
- throw blanket (if desired)
- yoga blocks (if desired/needed)
No special attire required. Workout clothes preferred.

CLASS INFO:
All Lee County Lifelong Learning classes must meet a minimum student enrollment or the class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be held.
When registering, please use a current email that you check often in order to receive important class messages, date changes, or cancellations.
