Yoga One 200 Hour Teacher Training

We would love to have you join us for the life enhancing experience that is the Yoga One 200 Hour Teacher Training!

Our Fall 2025 session covers 8-weekends between September 5th & November 16th. Fridays, 6-8:30pm; Saturdays and Sundays, 12:30-5:30pm

The Yoga One course is an amazing (and fun) opportunity to refine your practice, increase knowledge and mindfulness, develop communication (along with teaching skills if desired!) and enjoy community with a great group of people (: Both aspiring teachers and lovers of yoga are welcome and will benefit!

Since 2007, we have been offering this time-tested and well-rounded, flow, alignment, breath and mindfulness-based, multi-disciplinary course. Upon completion, you will have the tools to teach almost any style of yoga.

Location: Sessions will be held primarily at Yoga One Mission Hills: 1920 Fort Stockton Dr., San Diego 92103. There is ample and free parking.

Tuition: $2,650 with the early registration discount when paid in full by August 8th, (normally $2,950) includes the Yoga One Teacher Training manual, usage of the Philosophy Manual, and 40 classes with Yoga One (valid for 6 months from first class attended). Tuition is non-refundable, but if for some reason you cannot attend the training you can (at Yoga One's discretion) apply your tuition to another Yoga One Teacher Training or to classes at Yoga One.
