Yoga on the Lawn @ First & Main

Event Details: Yoga on the Lawn is a weekly, all-level,1-hour Vinyasa class happening at First & Main Town Center. This event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Yoga on the Lawn is instructed by a certified Yoga Instructor affiliated with the Colorado Springs-based nonprofit, UpaDowna.

RSVP required.

Schedule: 8:30 -9:30 AM MST every Saturday beginning May 30 to Aug 29.

Cost: FREE. Registration is required. Please register per person through Eventbrite. Although this is a free event, your registration is important for our staff to plan ahead. Event notifications including weather cancellations and important updates are also only provided to registered participants.

Location & Parking: 3305 Cinema Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. The lawn is located in front of Cinemark Theater. Parking is available in surrounding lots. Please abide by posted signs. See map below.

What to Bring & Wear: Water, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat. UpaDowna will have a limited amount of loaner yoga mats available.
