Yoga on the Inside is a yoga method developed out of our many combined years of study and practice. During our classes, we ask our students to turn their attention inwards, bringing themselves into a more meditative state as they work with the body. As Patanjali outlined in the Yoga Sutras, we have found this delicate balance between softness and strength to be where the true experience of oneness, or yoga, resides.
With a strong focus on structural alignment, this practice gives students the tools to take healing into their own hands and watch as their efforts bring deep change to all layers of their beings– physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

We work very therapeutically and have a passion for helping those with specific ailments. If you are dealing with an ailment that you would like us to address please let us know at the beginning of class.
