Join in a community of women to connect and do self care. Bring your authenticity and come as you are! Everything is optional and offered with love to help you re-center and come back to your Self. Each month will most likely be different and uniquely inspired, but we always start with a grounding meditation, self-care and you receiving plant brushings from me! After we have then all fully arrived, we have a sharing circle where everyone can be witnessed and receive support from the group. Can’t wait to see you there!This 6-month container starts February 22nd. We will have the same group of women together for a 6-month period so we can get to know each other more deeply and gain more support therein.
$240 for 6 months.
Each month I will provide:
- Herbal Tea
- Healthy Snacks
- WhatsApp Group Chat
- Earth-Centered Self Care Support such as: Herbal Spiritual Foot Baths, Aromatic Herbs, Plant Brushings, Herbal Medicine Support
- Burning plants *Please let me know if this is problematic or you have any allergies!
- Meditation/Grounding Practice
- Simple Rituals depending on group needs & desires
