This unique, in-person, event is a transformative and nourishing experience for your body, mind and soul. Together, we will share sacred Costa Rican Cacao, set healing intentions, be guided into a profound, sensorial sound healing journey with specially chosen medicine plants, flower essences and essential oils, that offer their healing through the vibrations of the singing bowls. (This is beautiful opportunity to connect in with and nourish yourself in a sacred space with community.)

? About Katie Rose Browning ?
Katie Rose Molina Browning is a Certified Herbalist, Flower Essence Practitioner, QiGong
Instructor, Sound Healer & Earth Centered Ceremonialist.
Her deep soul journey of connection with the wisdom of the plant realm, started in Nature as a young child and has been the focus of her heart and career for over 20 years. She is inspired by years of both training in and teaching herbal traditions ranging from Vitalist & TCM to Wise Woman & Plant Spirit Medicine, and most importantly the direct relationship with plants themselves.
Katie is guided and inspired by the spirits of the plants, and weaves many sacred healing tools into her practice, such as; sound frequencies, connection to the elements & natural rhythms, ceremony, somatic movement, medicinal plant preparations, flower essences, oracle cards and deep listening to channel healing and tend your whole being.
She is the founder and director of Embodying Herbalism, an educational program and healing center based at her family home and center, Casa Vida Flor, in the Arenal region of Costa Rica.
