Yoga on the Farm

Relax, reset and restore as we practice yoga next to the flowers during late summer's beautiful golden hour. The session will be lead by Vanessa Aron.

Vanessa is a certified yoga instructor who received her certification in 2021 through Zion Well in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. Since then, she has been teaching yoga and currently leads a Gentle class at Zion Well's Ann Arbor location on Washtenaw. Vanessa believes that yoga is for every body and all levels, fostering a strong connection between the mind and body. Alongside her yoga practice, Vanessa is dedicated to quality improvement for cancer care patients and caregivers.

This yoga session will be outside. Please prepare with sunscreen, bug spray, mat or towel and water bottle. Class will be rescheduled if there is inclement weather. All registered participants will be notified accordingly.

Want to add on some fun? After yoga, stick around to pick some flowers! All registered u-pick participants get a jar pre-filled with water, and snips to use will be ready for you to make your special bouquet. Take your jar full of blooms home to enjoy and be reminded of your time on the farm.
