FREE SPIRIT EVENT BY CLAIRE HEALING 💜
SPEAKERS: Meditation Matters!/ Claire Healing 💜 and Zen with Ben
SUBJECT: Yoga Nidra with ‘hands-off’ Reiki Healing followed by a Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp and Gongs
WHAT TO EXPECT: Following some brief instructions, we will begin with a Yoga Nidra session accompanied with 'hands-off' Reiki healing. After a break, you will experience a sound bath with crystal bowls, a harp and gongs. No previous experience of meditation practice necessary for either session and full guidance will be provided. Yoga Nidra can be particularly beneficial to those new to meditation, or those who find it hard to relax and let go, or experience resistance to the present moment. Both Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath meditation are ideally experienced lying down on Yoga mats/ air beds which will be supplied, although for those who find this difficult chairs will be available. Further details will be provided to those attending and we will require completion of some forms including a PAR-Q & Liability Waiver form. Please bring a bottle of water, pillows and blanket for comfort.
This event is suitable for adults only and is restricted in terms of numbers so prompt notification of attendance is advised.
RAISING MONEY FOR: The suicide prevention charity CALM (CAMPAIGN AGAINST LIVING MISERABLY). (CHARITY NO. 1110621). We will be raising money for this charity via collection boxes/ donations on the night, so please bring some loose change 😊. The business Claire Healing 💜 will also make a donation which will be derived from part of the entrance fee.
DATE OF EVENT: Friday 19th September 2025.
TIME: 7.00PM-9.45/ 10PM (Please arrive from 7.00PM for 7.30PM prompt start)
VENUE: The Balmoral Centre (The Hall), Salisbury Avenue, Westcliff-on-Sea, SS0 7AU.
PARKING: Some parking is available for use to the front of the building and street parking is available in the area. Public car parks are also located nearby, one immediately north of the junction with A13 London Road and Hamlet Court Road the other north of the junction with A13 London Road and North Road.
COST: £20 per person in advance only - complimentary light refreshments and biscuits included during break only, so please bring a bottle of water/ drink with you.
BOOKING: Please arrive from 7.00pm for 7.30pm prompt start and expect a 9.45pm/ 10pm finish. We will have a break halfway through in which complimentary light refreshments will be provided. ABOUT FREE SPIRIT: Free Spirit is a social group hosted by Claire Healing designed for the open and spiritually minded. The purpose of the group is to bring like-minded people together by offering stimulating events and meetings (held in Leigh-on-Sea and/ or surrounding areas) that enhance understanding of spiritual matters, facilitate healing and expand consciousness.
